Because it brings people together. Nothing comes close to the sense of togetherness when doing a group activity. Ever since the start of the Covid lockdown in March 2020 I’ve been successfully teaching online various classes and

60 minutes medium-paced movement class with a focus on:

  • intelligence of the body

We’ll explore all the above with elements from the following disciplines: 

  • Capoeira

  • spiral dynamics, functional training

  • yoga/gyrokinesis

2.RELEASE THE TENSION 
60 minutes slow-paced movement class with a focus on releasing unnecessary tension and improving:

  • body-mind connection

  • concentration

  • proprioception

  • reducing back pain

  • energizing the body

  • calming the mind

  • reducing anxiety

  • emotional wellbeing


We’ll explore all the above with elements from the following disciplines:

  • elements of Body Mind Centering

  • pranayama/breathing techniques

  • chi–gong/self-massage

  • soft yoga/gyrokinesis

  • release shaking exercises

  • meditation


3. ENERGIZER: STRONG BODY, STRONG MIND

60 minutes fast-paced, high stamina movement class with a focus on improving:

  • conditioning

  • coordination

  • endurance

  • proprioception

  • mobility

  • strengthening and flexibility

  • explosion of movement

  • concentration


We’ll explore all the above with elements from the following disciplines:

  • Capoeira

  • spiral dynamics

  • yoga/Pilates

  • functional movement

  • fitness
     

4. TRAIN LIKE A DANCER – FLOW CLASS

60 minutes medium-paced dance class, beginners’ level with a focus on improving:

  • movement qualities

  • gracefulness

  • posture

  • strengthening and flexibility

  • body memory

  • body mind connection

  • body awareness


We’ll explore all the above with elements from the following disciplines:

  • contemporary Dance/Bartenieff Fundamentals

  • spiral dynamics

  • Body Mind Centering

  • floor barre

  • Pilates
     

5. HEALTHY SPINE  - POSTURAL TRAINING
60 minutes slow-paced class with a focus on improving:

  • spine mobility

  • posture

  • strenghtening and flexibility

  • body-mind connection

  • reduce pain and muscular tension


We’ll explore all the above with elements from the following disciplines:

  • functional movement/Bartenieff Fundamentals

  • Pilates

  • yoga 

  • Body Mind Centering
